Villa Beagle

It took Charles Darwin 5 years to explore a big part of this world, sailing his ship The Beagle.
In 2009 the VPRO sailed and filmed the same trail with Clipper Stad Amsterdam.
Beside the program that was the outcome of this journey was a children program ‘Villa Beagle’. Every episode of Villa Beagle tells a story of a dutch child living in one of the counties of this route. They tell you about their life in this exotic country, the culture and their interest that always has a Darwinian twist to it.
